I spent years reading construction drawings and specifications as a commercial and industrial estimator, attending site visits, and working directly with engineers and project managers. Later, I managed shipping, freight, and regulatory compliance where documentation had to hold up to actual regulatory scrutiny, not just look thorough.
I bring that experience into every field investigation — using construction knowledge and environmental training to give clients and their teams information they can actually use, whether that's a landowner or a project manager coordinating trades and design.
